Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, but the temperature was a bit too hot for my liking, even with the window open. The location was great for enjoying the beauty of Killarney, but it was a bit far from the town center. The dining experience was lovely, with plenty of food choices and attentive staff. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was some confusion over meal choices. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with a great location close to town. The rooms were very clean, but being on the ground level with only one big window made me a bit hesitant to leave it open at night due to no AC. The laundry nearby was a bit noisy early in the morning.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so great experiences. The rooms were spotless and served by a most helpful lady, Jurata, who was very attentive. However, there was a constant clicking noise, possibly from a generator, which was a bit annoying. The service was lovely and went above and beyond for my family, but there were some instances of not feeling welcomed and being belittled by the staff. The location was ideal for attending a gig and exploring scenic places, although a bit remote if you needed to go into town without a car. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, but provided me with a comfortable stay.
The hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful rooms that were very comfortable, although they didn't quite match the overall style of the hotel. The service was top-notch, super professional and friendly. The location was incredible, with excellent staff and service, comfortable rooms, and delightful little touches throughout. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious and nicely presented options. However, there were some minor drawbacks like a bit of remoteness if you don't have a car and a small indoor dining area.
The hotel rooms were nice with a view of the garden, though it was pretty cold throughout the night and only started to warm up as we were checking out the next day. The rooms were gorgeous, spacious, with a super-king bed that was very comfortable, but they weren't ready for us for another hour.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely sized, offering everything I needed. While they were new and clean, they felt a bit basic for such a luxurious-looking hotel. The warmth in the rooms added a lovely touch.
